Meeting with
Sheriff Grady Judd

Members of Gun Club of Solivita met with Sheriff Grady Judd, the famous sheriff on national TV from Polk County Florida Tuesday, 12/10/24. Gun Club of Solivita donated $2,000 for their Canine program. It was a very interesting meeting. Sheriff Judd was candid and open about law and order. Topics such as today’s drugs vs “back in the day” with alcohol being the biggest problem. He also touched on self defense. The Sheriff’s Department formally used 7 report forms when he was younger and now there are over 300 report forms. Grady Judd, a native Floridian, has been in law enforcement for 52 years. He just got re-elected. He is a no non-sense, common sense lawman.
